Recently (February 2012), the WNCA Board of Directors created a plan to meet with each church in the Association- we want to hear from you specifically about joys in your church/district, new program ideas, and suggestions for the Association. More information will be listed here, as we begin to gather this feedback from you. We are excited to hear about how God Speaking in and through the churches in the WNCA!
The Western North Carolina Association will host a Healthy Congregations workshop in collaboration with the Center for Congregational Health on March 6, 2012 from 10am – 2:30pm. The focus of the workshop will be to strengthen and understand the four ‘C’s of a Healthy Community of Faith. Please read this flyer for more information about the workshop. Registration is due by February 29, 2012 and can be accessed by going to www.healthychurch.org to register under “Learning Opportunities”.

2011 Annual Gathering
The Association’s Annual Gathering occurred on September 10, 2011 at Abernethy Laurels in Newton, NC. Our next gathering will be in September 2012.
