Standing Events

Ministerium Meetings (Note- these are currently being updated, please check with the Conference office for up-to date info. Thanks!)
Clergy in the WNCA meet together regularly in area program districts. The regular meeting schedule for each of the districts is listed below.

  • Catawba District meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Refreshments and fellowship begin at 9:30 AM and the meeting begins at 10:00 AM. The location changes each month. Spouses are invited to attend the meeting. Those wishing to gather for lunch usually go to a local restaurant. For more information, contact Rev. Curtis Tutterrow (828-256-2274).
  • Davidson/Forsyth District meets on the third Tuesday of each month at Piedmont Crossing. Refreshments and fellowship begin at 9:30 AM with the meeting beginning at 10:00 AM. Lunch is served by Piedmont Crossing ($6). For more information, contact Rev. Care Goodstal (336-474-3624).
  • Guilford/Randolph District meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM. The location changes each month. Arrangements are made for those wishing to stay for lunch. For more information contact Rev. Gary Owens (336-656-3400).
  • Rowan District meets on the third Wednesday of each month at St. Johns UCC in Kannapolis. For more information contact Rev. Harold Holste at (704- 454-5172).
